This property is being sold as part of a package of twenty-one (21) separately listed lots, and the Seller will only accept on offer conditional upon the simultaneous purchase of all twenty-one (21) lots. Any agreement shall be null and void unless executed for all twenty-one (21) properties concurrently and on identical terms and conditions. Taxes were from the Niagara Region Tax Calculator.
